There has always been rumors and talk about the band shutting down the forum by numerous people posting on the official message board, but it appears that this could no longer be just a rumor. No Doubt rocker Gwen Stefani is closing down her website, after a string of abusive messages were posted on it.
The blonde singer is hurt and disappointed by the negative input of a minority of supposed fans.
She says, "I have a hard time reading stuff on my Web site. It's such a great opportunity for people to bag on you. It feels like the more I'm out there in the public eye, the more criticism I get.
"You need to have confidence - that's what it takes to walk out there and sing a song in front of a huge group of people. But the criticism hurts, and it f***s with you." I guess we will all know the truth if the website no longer loads. This will truely be sad if this does happen or perhaps they will just shut down the message board. Please take time to take our poll on this topic.
